Access Community Health Center was founded as a non-profit healthcare organization in the state of California in 2017 as a means to solve uneven access to high-quality, low-cost healthcare services for low-income residents throughout Southern California. Access believes that healthcare access should be available to anyone, regardless of their social and economic background. When we opened our clinic in Santa Ana, California, the discrepancy of healthcare access for low-income residents became more noticeable as the service area revealed itself to include a substantial percentage of medically underserved residents.
